Q: I would like to exhibit at FLOII Expo 2025. Can I see the exhibitor list or floor plan in advance?
A: Due to privacy and confidentiality with our exhibitors, we are unable to release the exhibitor list or detailed floor plan ahead of time. The official exhibitor list will be published on FLOII’s website and social media platforms approximately one month before the event.
Q: What is the minimum booth size at FLOII Expo?
A: The smallest booth available is 9 sqm (3×3 meters).
Q: Are the booth prices fixed or subject to change?
A: Booth prices are dynamic. After the Early Bird period ends, prices will follow the standard rate. Prices may be adjusted periodically depending on demand, so early booking is recommended to secure better rates.
Q: I’m an overseas exhibitor and have no distributor in Indonesia. How do I manage import/re-import of goods?
A: All exhibitors must comply with Indonesia’s EXPORT IMPORT regulations. Our team can assist with guidance for international participants regarding temporary imports for exhibition purposes.
